1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. FormaBit operates on a strict no-refund policy for all credit purchases and services. Once purchased, credits are yours for lifetime use with no expiration, but refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Important: No refunds will be provided for any reason. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

2. Service Nature

FormaBit provides digital services that are consumed immediately upon use:

  • AI-powered LinkedIn carousel creation tools
  • Credit-based PDF export and LinkedIn posting
  • Data storage and management services
  • Direct LinkedIn integration

All services are digital and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Credits are consumed when you export a carousel or post to LinkedIn.

3. Why No Refunds?

Our no-refund policy exists because:

  • Digital consumption: Credits are used immediately and cannot be recovered
  • Lifetime value: Credits never expire — they remain valuable indefinitely
  • Free trial available: You can test our service with 5 free credits before purchasing
  • Low-cost entry: Credit packs start from just ₹399 / $5 to minimize risk
  • Transparent pricing: All costs are clearly displayed before purchase
  • Instant access: You receive immediate access to your credits upon payment

4. No Plans or Subscriptions

FormaBit operates exclusively on a credit-based system:

  • There are no monthly or annual subscription plans
  • There are no upgrades or downgrades available
  • You simply purchase credits and use them as needed
  • No recurring charges or automatic renewals

5. What We Do Offer

Instead of refunds, we provide:

  • Free trial credits: Test our service risk-free before purchasing
  • Technical support: Help with any service issues or questions
  • Account transfers: Transfer credits to a different email address (contact support)
  • Data export: Export all your carousel data before account closure
  • Service credits: Bonus credits for major service disruptions on our end

6. Account Closure

If you decide to close your account:

  • You can export all your data before closure
  • Remaining credits cannot be refunded
  • Account closure is permanent and cannot be undone
  • We recommend using all credits before closing your account

7. Fraudulent Transactions

The only exception to our no-refund policy:

  • Proven fraudulent transactions will be refunded
  • You must report fraudulent charges within 30 days
  • We require proof of fraud (police report, bank statement, etc.)
  • Contact hello@formabit.in immediately if fraud is suspected

8. Chargebacks

Regarding payment disputes:

  • Contact us before initiating a chargeback
  • Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension
  • We will dispute all non-fraudulent chargebacks
  • Account access will not be restored after chargeback
